RESET is a focused, pillar-specific coaching pathway designed to stabilise the area of communication that is limiting your professional performance. Following your ECS Five™ Clinical Structural Audit, we identify the primary distortion pattern affecting your clarity, structure or authority under pressure. RESET then targets that pillar directly. Depending on your profile, the work may include: • Structural hierarchy training • Decision-framing and communicative intent • Precision refinement under time pressure • Register calibration in clinical contexts • Controlled performance simulation RESET is not general tutoring. It is a structured stabilisation process designed to strengthen performance under pressure — for clinicians preparing for IELTS, OET or PTE, and for those already practising in clinical environments. Each RESET pathway is prescribed individually following your Audit. Your ECS Five™ Clinical Structural Audit fee is credited toward your RESET pathway upon enrolment.
